Meet The Team
William trained and was admitted to practise law at Allens Linklaters (then Allens Arthur Robinson).
After working in corporate and employment litigation for a number of years both in Australia and overseas, William transitioned to family law, the area in which he now specialises.
William practises in all areas of family law and alternative dispute resolution. His qualifications and memberships include the following:
- Family law specialist, Accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales;
- Nationally Accredited Mediator (NMAS), Registered with the Law Society of New South Wales
- Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Registered with the Commonwealth Attorney General to issue statutory certificates under section 60I Family Law Act 1975 (Cth);
- Trained collaborative family practitioner and Member of:
- Collaborative Professionals NSW;
- Central Sydney Collaborative Forum; and
- The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
- Member of the Law Society of New South Wales;
- Member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia; and
- Notary Public and member of the Society of Notaries of New South Wales.
Outside of law, William enjoys spending time his family, trail running and gardening.
As of October 2022, he has 4 children aged from 4 weeks to 23 years. Two girls from his first marriage and and a boy and girl from his second, current marriage.
Samantha has practised exclusively in family law since her admission.
Samantha is a Nationally Accredited Mediator (NMAS), registered with the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM).
She is also a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner registered with the Commonwealth Attorney General’s Office to issue statutory certificates under section 60I Family law Act 1975 (Cth).
Prior to admission, Samantha spent over 10 years in corporate roles across Finance, Sales and Marketing.
Samantha holds the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (majors in Politics & International Relations and
- International Business) from the University of New South Wales; and
- Diploma in Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board.
Samantha has experience advising and representing clients on a full range of family law matters, including parenting (child custody) disputes, interstate and international relocation matters, financial settlements involving complex personal and business assets and trust structures, divorce and de facto and same sex relationship disputes.
Robert has many years’ experience practising law in Australia and Asia, including as partner of Minter Ellison for 29 years.
Robert was President of the Australia-China Business Council and part-time lecturer at Bond University Business School. He has also served on the Australia-China Council advising the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on its Australia China relationship.
Robert is expert in the provision of first tier private client services and has extensive experience advising clients during family breakdown, including for high net worth clients with substantial assets in Australia and overseas
Robert hold degrees in Arts and Laws from the University of Sydney. He has also undertaken postgraduate studies at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and holds a Graduate Diploma of Business.
Morgan is an integral member of the Boyce & Boyce team, supporting the directors in all aspects of their work to ensure that the practice runs smoothly.
Morgan is currently studying law part-time. Before joining Boyce & Boyce, Morgan worked as a legal assistant in a building and construction law firm.
Prior to that, Morgan spent over 9 years with McDonalds, including as a manager, making her an expert at dealing with challenging situations and working effectively under pressure.
