Prior to commencing practice in family law, Samantha held management positions across marketing, sales and finance functions, with a focus on the small business market.  Samantha’s strong financial and business acumen has contributed to her success in sensitive negotiations and litigations.  These have involved a range of high value business and investment classes such as hotels, pubs, property development, agribusiness and early-life venture capital.  She is lean six sigma certified, an accredited mediator and a registered family dispute resolution practitioner.
